How to delete [Deprecated] Splunk Universal Forwarder

Deprecating this version to allow for updated naming and package structure. Please use splunk-universalforwarder.

It's a good idea to specify either a RECEIVING_INDEXER or DEPLOYMENT_SERVER. You might do something like:
choco install splunkforwarder --params="RECEIVING_INDEXER=somehost:9997"
