AutoHotkey Compiler 1.0

Put the AutoHotkey compiler, ahk2exe, on your PATH. It's already installed by the "install" package that's being depended on here. If you want this same functionality with the portable package, that's up to you. Also, this expects that you have/will not change the installation directory.
