The Neat Company announced March 1, 2016 the software had reached End of Life (EOL) in favor of The Neat Company's cloud-powered subscription based software.

• Microsoft® Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 (32 or 64-bit) If using Windows 10 also install the 5.7.1 update.
• Pentium® IV 2.0+ GHz or faster (Dual Core recommended)
• 1 GB RAM; 2 GB highly recommended
• 1 GB of available disk space for installation, 1 GB recommended for user data
• Available USB port
