Over discussion on gitter, we have determined this package should be moved to vim-tux.install.

    Used libraries: Perl 5.22.1, Python 2.7.11, Python 3.5.1, Racket 6.4.0.4, Ruby 2.2.3, [Lua 5.3.2](https://chocolatey.org/packages/lua53), Tcl 8.6.4, libXpm.
  
  You'll need to have the appropriate DLL files in your Vim directory or somewhere in your %PATH% to make them work. They're not included, but can easily installed with chocolatey (see eg. [Lua 5.3.2](https://chocolatey.org/packages/lua53) ).
