Parameters:

No parameters = install the utility and exit

Initializes all physical devices on the system (which each may contain multiple partitions)

-params '"/PhysicalDeviceIDsToInitialize:0"'
Initializes the first physical device on the system (usually boot device)

-params '"/PhysicalDeviceIDsToInitialize:0;3"'
Initializes physical devices 0 and 3 on the system
