Automating deployment of service RS.Deploy.Web which manages installing our applications.

Package installation parameters:
Path: service installation folder
Port: service Deploy.Web running port
SSL:  y/yes/n/no to use SSL

Example: `--params '"/Path:C:\Services /Port:8081 /SSL:no"'`
