How to delete NuGet runner for Visual Studio 2012

NuGet is the package manager for the Microsoft development platform including .NET. The NuGet client tools provide the ability to produce and consume packages. The NuGet Gallery (nuget.org) is the central package repository used by all package authors and consumers.

Includes a collection of tools to automate the process of downloading, installing, upgrading, configuring, and removing packages from a VS Project.

Note that this will install both the VS 2012 and VS 2010 plugins if found on the system
